Having trouble communicating and disciplining your children? A White Board Parenting Live workshop will be held Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024 at Adams Hub in Carson City. Presented by Christine Salvo, a licensed marriage and family therapist, she will discuss "white board,""choices parenting" and "no yelling" techniques.

White board parenting is a technique she uses to help families gain control of their children’s behaviors using "Choices Parenting." This technique offers a “No Yelling” approach that has helped many families.

This workshop is for anyone that has children or works with children in a consistent setting such as school, daycare or divorced parents.

What you'll get:

— This workshop is live and interactive. There will be an explanation, experiential exercise and opportunity for Q&A.

— I am offering this for the first time to the community and not just my therapy practice families. I believe so many families, teachers and child care providers can benefit from this model.

— Go home with tools and resources that help with communication and different disciplinary techniques.

— 2.5 hour in-person instructional block.

The workshop is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Adam's Hub for Innovation, 111 W Proctor St, Carson City. RSVP here.
